The village residents were looking for an opportunity to improve the living condition by creating jobs. This plan focused on creating a cooperative company to utilities the resources of women in the village, the job creation for the villagers improved the income level of the residents through selling cloths and hand crafts. Through the plan at least 30 village women were organized working in the plan and improvement on the income level of the residence had great influence in their living condition.
