African housing ministers hold second regional gathering

President Umaru Musa Yar’ Adua of Nigeria this week warned African housing ministers that governments had to move beyond talking to action on the urgent task of delivering housing, utility services and pollution management.

National Management for Socio-Economic Development (Support to Sustainable Cities Programme)
Following successful implementation of the Sustainable Ibadan Programme (SIP), the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing undertook to extend the Sustainable Cities Programme (SCP) to the Northern and Eastern Regions of Nigeria in the cities of Kano and Enugu.
