 UN-Habitat's Deputy Executive Director, Dr. Aisa Kirabo Kacyira, will address the World Cities Summit 2012 in Singapore next month when she will have the opportunity to meet world leaders, mayors and the business community to discuss new ideas on liveable and sustainable cities.
