Three new Permanent Representatives today presented their credentials to the Executive Director, Mrs. Anna Tibaijuka. They are the Permanent Representatives of Kenya, Mr. Macharia Kamau; his Serbian counterpart, Mr. Zdravko Bisic; and that of Austria, Mr. Christian Hasenbichler.
