Curtains fall on historic youth meeting

A historic four day global meeting, called “Youth 21 – Building for Change”, and bringing together over 250 youth with governments, UN agencies, researchers, private sector and civil society closed in Nairobi at the weekend with the release of the Nairobi Statement, a roadmap for the greater inclusion of youth in the UN system.  
Fourth AMCHUD meeting opens in Kenya

The fourth African Ministerial Conference on Housing and Urban Development (AMCHUD) kicked off in Nairobi on Tuesday.
Under the theme, Territorial planning, basic services for all and the impacts and the impacts of climate change in Africa the conference brought together participants from all over the continent as well as those from partner institutions.
