Water education takes place in a variety of different locations, depending on the most practical local solution. The most common place is a normal classroom in a school. These classrooms generally do not have water installations or sophisticated equipment for water experiments etc. In some schools there may be laboratories or other areas equipped for more or less advanced education in physics and chemistry etc. The schools also have access to books, maps, videos or films, music, microscopes etc. in the school. Specialized fixed or mobile water, sanitation and hygiene classrooms are less common.
