This is the third newsletter of UN-HABITAT activities in Libya. This issue describes the main findings of the international seminar on Sustainable Urbanization which took place in Tripoli on 30th June and 1st of July 2007 and World Habitat Day which was held on 30th September, 2007. Other items in this issue are the progress in the 3rd GPP (Third Generation Planning Project) and the modernization of Urban Planning Agency (UPA).
