The Global Water Operators Partnerships Alliance has one aim: to increase the quality and number of partnerships among water operators around the world. Raising awareness and political support for the practice, diversifying funding sources and financing options, facilitating 'matchmaking', and supporting utility-led learning, all complement the Alliance's goal.
